Showcasing the full breadth of its expertise in engineering bespoke systems to meet the evolving demands for end of line packaging machines, Endoline will highlight its vast array of high quality, case erecting and sealing machines - from entry level systems to high speed, fully automatic, random machines.
Alongside French distributor, Pack-Line Systems Endoline will demonstrate the technical capability of its machines – which have already been installed within several leading French food and wine packing facilities. “Endoline differentiates themselves by offering customers bespoke automated solutions to suit their exact specifications.” Comments Laurent Delroise, Sales Manager at Pack-Line Systems.
The Emballage line-up will incorporate a brand new, 611 Entry Level Case Sealing machine, which can be enhanced with a range of technical options to meet customer specifications. Designed to meet the growing demands from food and FMCG manufacturers looking for automation with a fast ROI the 611 Entry Level Case Sealer offers a low investment for manufacturers. Built to Endoline’s typical high quality – but with the added option of technical enhancement further down the line if required.
“In the face of increases to the minimum wage across Europe and squeezing from retailers looking to lower their costs, being able to demonstrate how quickly manufacturers should see a return on their investment is vital.” Andrew Yates, Endoline Machinery’s Sales Director explains, “While still built to the high quality Endoline machines are synonymous with, our entry level system range provides customers with an automated solution at a lower cost.”
Conversely, Endoline will also showcase its high speed, fully automatic, 247 Case Erector – capable of handling up to 30 cases per minute. Built to a compact footprint the 247 Case Erecting System has unique dual opposing vacuum case opening technology which ensures each case is opened positively from both sides – eliminating any tearing, especially in the opening of twin walled cases.
“We are delighted to be attending Emballage with Pack-Line Systems, as it underlines our growing reputation within the Europe.” Explains Andrew: “We believe that our machines are popular because they represent both high quality and reliability and our ability to customise systems to suit specific requirements is a key element in making our machinery portfolio a continuing success.”
