3 questions to A-Safe

Interview with Emmanuel Archidec, Director of A-Safe

WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY’S LATEST NEWS/YOUR LATEST PRODUCTS?

A-Safe has exceeded €60 billion turnover worldwide and today has 15 subsidiaries. Its key account sales approach is now extending to 3 new development channels: small and medium-sized industrial firms, airport infrastructure and logistics, where many trucks move around, and which are in search of solutions to protect its employees and buildings. A-Safe offers a very wide range of protective equipment, which includes not only pedestrian barriers, but also protective barriers for conveyors, sectional doors or racks.

WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH? WHAT RANGE DO YOU HAVE TO RESPOND TO THE HIGH DEMANDS OF MANUFACTURERS AND CONSUMERS IN TERMS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT/ECO-DESIGN?

A-Safe’s barriers are made from PVC-free shape-memory polymers which are 100% recyclable. In addition, their modular construction enables them to be reused and adapted to the modification of the industrial facilities which need protection.

WHY ARE YOU TAKING PART IN ALL4PACK Paris 2020 / WHAT TYPE OF PROFESSIONALS DO YOU MEET THERE?

In view of this new and substantial demand from the logistics sector, ALL4PACK Paris enables buyers to meet A-Safe alongside their more traditional suppliers (of racks, trucks, packaging) and prepare their logistics project upstream incorporating protective aspects.
