Where will the show take place? Fermer

The ALL4PACK Paris show will take place at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre, in France.

What are the dates of the show? Fermer

You can get to the show by car, train, plane or by using public transport.

Is it accessible for disabled visitors? Fermer

The Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center is equipped to accommodate disabled visitors and offers many free care services. 

  • Electric scooters can be borrowed at the Exhibitors welcome desk (maximum of 2) 
  • The exhibition centre has lifts and access ramps at the entrance to hall 5a, 6 and 7 to enable disabled people to get around the show easily
  • Priority spots for disabled taxis are provided between halls 5a and 6 
  • Specialised vehicles will be available for transfers between visitor parking and entrance halls (the PRM shuttle service is available on +33 (0) 6 14 16 93 84) 

Is there a car park? Fermer

Yes, the exhibition centre has several car parks for visitors and exhibitors: 15,000 paid parking spaces are available at the Paris Nord exhibition centre. A free shuttle service will be available to make the connection between the car parks and the halls.

Are there any cloakrooms? Fermer

Many cloakrooms are spread throughout the exhibition centre. The rate is 2€ per item.

How can I get my visa? Fermer

Some foreign citizens entering and staying on French territory, even for professional reasons, must be in possession of a valid entry and short-stay visa. To apply for a visa, you must complete your application by supplying an ALL4PACK Paris official invitation letter to the French consular authority of your country. You will be able to obtain this letter by filling a form in your exhibitors' area or at the end of the visitor badge request form online.

2. About your participation

How can I apply to participate? Fermer

The 2018 participation form is available online.

What is the difference between paper and electronic application forms? Fermer

None, except that by completing the electronic participation form, you do not need to fill it in by hand. The fields in your form are automatically filled in based on the answers that you provided on the online platform. Once your file is complete, you must print it out to attach your signatures and your company stamp, then send it by mail. To avoid oversights and improve readability, we urge you to use this medium.

How to be sure that my online registration is complete? Fermer

When you submit your online registration, you will receive a notification by email.

What are the dates and schedules for set up and dismantling stands? Fermer

Dates and schedules for set up, dismantling, power supply and opening hours, will be available soon in your exhibitor area.

How do I access my exhibitor area? Fermer

Your exhibitor area, which allows you to prepare for taking part in ALL4PACK Paris, is available by clicking here

To log in to your personal area, you have to enter your login (email used for your registration) and your password (sent by email by our Customer Relations department).

I lost/forgot my login/password of my exhibitor area... Fermer

Your login is your stand manager's email address.

If you lost your password, enter your login and click on "Password forgotten". A new password will automatically be sent to you by email, to the stand manager's email adress.

When will I be able to order the services related to my stand (exhibitors' badges, technical services, decoration, ...)? Fermer

You can order all the services related to your stand from 31st May 2016 in your exhibitor area.

When will I be able to order my communication tools and register my company in the official catalogue? Fermer

Some of our communication tools are already available. To get all the information, please go to your exhibitor area: services.all4pack.com

The entire communication tool offer and the official catalogue registration will be open on 31st May, 2018 in your exhibitor area. 

Can I order the 2016 official catalogue after the show? Fermer

No, unfortunately we do not have 2016 catalogues anymore!

Is there a catering service on the show? Fermer

Catering service will be available in your exhibitor area.
