Citeo was created by businesses to reduce the environmental impact of their packaging materials and paper by transforming them into resources. With its subsidiary Adelphe, Citeo provides advice and solutions to its customers — manufacturers, businesses, distributors and consumer services — to help them affordably meet their responsibilities related to end-of-life packaging materials and paper. Today, 70% of packaging materials and 59% of paper are recycled in France thanks to sorting, which has become the No. 1 community action for the environment.
The French Packaging Council (CNE), a non-profit organization founded in 1997, is a moral authority and a forum for dialogue between the various players of the packaging industry: packaging materials manufacturers, packaging manufacturers (converters), producers of consumer goods, approved collection and recovery systems and operators, local authorities as well as consumer and environmental organizations.
The mission of the CNE is to develop and disseminate better practices in designing, using and marketing products packaging. As it is historically active in the development of a packaging waste prevention policy, the CNE more generally wishes to be a spearhead in the development of a responsible policy relative to the eco-design of products packaging.
This results in different actions:
• Developing and disseminating good practices in designing, production, retail and usage of products packaging.
• Formulating positions and advice to the different stakeholders.
• Being proactive in developing a product packaging eco-design policy.
• Developing and promoting prevention and source reduction.
• Facilitate exchanges between the different stakeholders.
ELIPSO, the professional association representing plastic and flexible packaging manufacturers in France, brings together more than 100 member companies from all sectors of activity, participating daily in commissions, sections or working groups, with the objective of promoting the development of our industry.
We organise the PackTheFuture Award with IK Industrievereinigung Kunststoffverpackungen, our German counterpart, to highlight the latest market trends.
GEPPIA is the French network of Process and Packaging equipment manufacturers. It brings together 150+ members: French machine builders (tier-1 suppliers), component and system manufacturers (tier-2 suppliers), and providers of complementary digital services or solutions. With this full range offered to industrial end-users, GEPPIA is involved in a collective game: co-creation of production lines for the future.

POLE EMBALLAGE BOIS is composed of the 3 French Organizations representing wood packaging (and members of the inter-branch national organization France Bois Forêt) : SIEL (lightweight packaging), SEILA (Industrial Packaging & Associated Logistics) and the FNB Pallet Commission (pallets and pallet boxes). POLE EMBALLAGE BOIS is a common banner which promotes production compagnies and products (technicality, environmental qualities, « Made In France »).
The SECIMEP (Syndicat des Entreprises de Commerce International de Matériels d’Emballage, Process, Marquage, et Contrôle) today gathers more than 40 members representing famous brands in our industries : Food, Non Food or Pharmaceutical/Cosmetic industries - 170 trademarks sold on national and international territories.
These companies are active in the processing and packaging markets: primary, secondary to casepacking and palletization. They also propose equipment for printing, marking, traceability or all types of control equipment.
The supplier’s association for the graphic industry has a unique position in the Graphic Industry. It federates most of the equipment and consumable suppliers from pre-press to post-press and must accompany them in their mutation.
The SIPG goal is to serve the interest and development of the Graphic Industry with an efficient and steady presence. Taking in account new technologies et media used in printed communication, it grows in a marketplace in full mutation.

PARIS RETAIL WEEK
SOLUTRANS, bringing together market players from across the commercial and urban vehicle industry, will hold its 16th edition from 16 to 20 November 2021 at Lyon Eurexpo, France. The event, certified by the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA), draws nearly 60,000 professionals along with 900 exhibitors and brands from all over the world. The tradeshow SOLUTRANS is the two-yearly rendezvous of one of the most innovative industrial sectors. The worldwide economic environment makes SOLUTRANS 2021 a showcase for the exceptional performances of HGV builders, bodywork manufacturers, vehicle fitters, OEMs, manufacturers of workshop equipment, tyre professionals and distribution networks. In 2021, SOLUTRANS is broadening it horizons and extending its scope to the supply chain, connected warehousing and associated services. The exhibition will occupy a new hall christened SOLUTRANS 4.0, notably dedicated to disruptive innovation in the commercial vehicle sector, with a view to offering insight to professionals, manufacturers, body builders, equipment manufacturers, maintenance firms… as far as hauliers and shippers. Stemming from the merger of Vinovision and Vinisud, Wine Paris gained further traction in 2020 through its alliance with Vinexpo, the driving force behind international wine and spirits events.
