Curtain up on the 2020 edition
With its brand-new layout, ALL4PACK INNOVATIONS plunges you into the future of packaging and logistics.

Divided into three separate spaces, this area will play host to:
- The winners of the ALL4PACK INNOVATIONS competition,
- The exhibition “Packaging: Leading its Revolution” displaying the latest trends by material, selected by Fabrice Peltier and Xavier Terlet,
- French and international innovations picked out by the show’s partner competitions.
This must-visit feature will offer visitors the chance to decipher and analyse trends in packaging, processing, printing and logistics and discover the new products that will be on show in the exhibition.
The ALL4PACK INNOVATIONS competition
This offers a prime showcase to machinery/equipment, services and manufacturing processes. All exhibitors are allowed to take part and enter their product or service in one of five categories:
- Sustainable and responsible solution
- Design and user-friendliness
- Innovative technology
- Material of the future
- Logistical performance
The awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday 24 November at 11.15 am on the conference stage in Hall 7.
Trends by material
For its 2020 show, ALL4PACK Emballage Paris has teamed up with two experts: Fabrice Peltier, the designer and creative and eco-design consultant, and Xavier Terlet, the food expert and director of the consultancy ProtéinesXTC.
Discover their selection of innovative packaging in different material categories (paper/cardboard, wood, plastic, metal, glass and alternative materials) in the exceptional display area “Packaging: Leading its Revolution”.
Around the world in innovation
This year, in parallel, ALL4PACK INNOVATIONS will also be hosting the winners of five partner competitions.
Emballé 5.0
The Emballé 5.0 competition of the Conseil National de l’Emballage (national packaging council) is awarded to the most innovative ideas that are: relevant for the users, meaningful for the common good and the environment protection. The competition is open to high school graduates. Its goal is to promote the idea that a packaging that is well designed, well marketed and well used is good for sustainability. Learn more
De Gouden Noot
Packaging Innovation Contest De Gouden Noot was founded in 1958 and owes its name to the unique winner’s trophy containing a solid gold walnut, symbol of sustainable, effective and innovative packaging. De Gouden Noot stimulates 'holistic' innovation in packaged products and packaging. Entries from all over the world are welcome to participate. Learn more
French packaging awards
For more than 60 years, the French Packaging Award by Infopro Digital reward innovation in packing and packaging industries. This competition, organized around FMCG, materials, production and sustainability, is open to brand owners, suppliers and retailers. Learn more (in French)
PackTheFuture
The PackTheFuture Award is based on an initiative of ELIPSO ‐ The French Plastic and Flexible Packaging Association and IK Industrievereinigung Kunststoffverpackungen e.V. – The German Plastics Packaging Association.
