Lactips, the French company specialising in the production of a 100% biobased plastic material, has developed a solution adapted to paper or cardboard packaging in order to reimburse the protection and conservation of foodstuffs without impacting their recycling.
Plastic Free paper is:
- An innovation in collaboration with the eco-organisation CITEO to rethink the world of packaging by ensuring total control of their end-of-life, the preservation of foodstuffs and food safety
- A unique coating solution to replace plastics and chemical treatments for sealable packaging paper, which is a barrier to oxygen, grease and mineral oils
- A solution suitable for industrial use in food and non-food applications
