PACKAGING: WHAT CONSUMERS WANT IN 2020

Consumers are ever demanding “more, more, more”: packaging that is easier to use, open and reseal, but also more environmentally friendly, 100% recyclable, biodegradable or reusable.

More than just a trend, environmental concerns have become a prerequisite for users.

 Drawing on the presentation of a European survey by Kantar, this round table has a dual goal: describe changes in consumer expectations and specify the possible impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on this perception of packaging by its users.
