How can I apply to participate? Fermer

The 2020 participation form will be available in a while.

What is the difference between paper and electronic application forms? Fermer

None, except that by completing the electronic participation form, you do not need to fill it in by hand. The fields in your form are automatically filled in based on the answers that you provided on the online platform.

Once your file is complete, you must print it out to attach your signatures and your company stamp, then send it by mail. To avoid oversights and improve readability, we urge you to use this medium.

How to be sure that my online registration is complete? Fermer

When you submit your online registration, you will receive a notification by email.

What are the dates and schedules for set up and dismantling stands? Fermer

Dates and schedules for set up, dismantling, power supply and opening hours, will be available in a while.

How do I access my exhibitor area? Fermer

To log in to your personal area, you have to enter your login (email used for your registration) and your password (sent by email by our Customer Relations department).

I lost/forgot my login/password of my exhibitor area... Fermer

Your login is your stand manager's email address.

If you lost your password, enter your login and click on "Password forgotten". A new password will automatically be sent to you by email, to the stand manager's email address.

When will I be able to order the services related to my stand (exhibitors' badges, technical services, decoration, ...)? Fermer

You can order all the services related to your stand from 31st May 2020 in your exhibitor area.

When will I be able to order my communication tools and register my company in the official catalogue? Fermer

Some of our communication tools are already available. To get all the information, please go here : https://event.all4pack.com/2020/en/

The entire communication tool offer and the official catalogue registration will be open on 31st May, 2020 in your exhibitor area. 

Can I order the 2018 official catalogue after the show? Fermer

No, unfortunately we do not have 2018 catalogues anymore.

Is there a catering service on the show? Fermer

Catering service will be available in your exhibitor area.

2. About your visit

Do I need to order my visitor badge before the show? Fermer

We recommend you to order your visitor badge online in order to avoid queues.

But, you can also buy your visitor badge directly from the entrance to the show.

How much is the visitor badge? Fermer

ALL4PACK Paris 2018 rates were the following ones : 

  • ONLINE RATE: 4 day badge (for 1 person) - 46€ incl. VAT
  • RATE AT THE SHOW: 4 day badge (for 1 person) - 62€ incl. VAT

Is there a group rate? Fermer

There is no group rate.

How may I obtain my invitation letter for my visa? Fermer

If you need an invitation letter for your visa, go to the visitor badge request platform and fill the form in the Your details step to obtain your invitation letter.

Can I visit the show with children? Fermer

Yes, but as a professional show, there is no creche or dedicated area for children. There is no reduced entry rate for children.

I did not receive my visitor badge... Fermer

This year, all the visitors' badges are electronic, so you will receive your badge by e-mail.

Can I bring my dog to the show? Fermer

No, animals are not allowed, except guide dogs.

Can I park my camper van or caravan in any of the exhibition centre car parks? Fermer

You can park a camper van here during exhibition opening hours, but unfortunately you cannot stay later than this, or overnight.

Where can I find the official catalogue at the show? Fermer

The official catalogue was available at the entrance of the exhibition.

Can I order the 2018 official catalogue after the show? Fermer

No, unfortunately we do not have 2018 catalogues anymore.

Will food and drink be available at the show? Fermer

Yes, you'll find plenty of snack bars and restaurants at the show.

What are the dates of the show? Fermer

The next ALL4PACK Paris show will run from 23 to 26 November 2020 in Paris.

Where will the show take place? Fermer

The ALL4PACK Paris show will take place at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre, in France.

What are the exhibition's opening hours? Fermer

ALL4PACK Paris 2020 will be open at 9.30 am to 6.00 pm from 23th to 26th November.

You can get to the show by car, train, plane or by using public transport.

Is it accessible for disabled visitors? Fermer

The Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center is equipped to accommodate disabled visitors and offers many free care services. 

  • Electric scooters can be borrowed at the Exhibitors welcome desk (maximum of 2) 
  • The exhibition centre has lifts and access ramps at the entrance to hall 5a, 6 and 7 to enable disabled people to get around the show easily
  • Priority spots for disabled taxis are provided between halls 5a and 6 
  • Specialised vehicles will be available for transfers between visitor parking and entrance halls (the PRM shuttle service is available on +33 (0) 6 14 16 93 84) 

Is there a car park? Fermer

Yes, the exhibition centre has several car parks for visitors and exhibitors: 15,000 paid parking spaces are available at the Paris Nord exhibition centre. A free shuttle service will be available to make the connection between the car parks and the halls.

Are there any cloakrooms? Fermer

Many cloakrooms are spread throughout the exhibition center.

How can I get my visa? Fermer

Some foreign citizens entering and staying on French territory, even for professional reasons, must be in possession of a valid entry and short-stay visa. To apply for a visa, you must complete your application by supplying an ALL4PACK Paris official invitation letter to the French consular authority of your country. You will be able to obtain this letter by filling a form in your exhibitors' area or at the end of the visitor badge request form online.
