3 questions to HepcoMotion

Interview Cyrille CLEMENT, sales manager France at HepcoMotion

WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY’S LATEST NEWS/YOUR LATEST PRODUCTS?

During these difficult times, HepcoMotion is in the favourable position to be able to continue production. We can offer our products without additional delay.

HepcoMotion is continuing to improve its products. It is in the last testing stages of a hygienic version of its successful linear guide system for the Beckhoff XTS, the GFX. It has also started implementing a new version of its incredibly powerful and accurate driven belt system. The new DTS+ offers a larger range of system sizes, an even stronger mechanism with less restriction on carriage pitch than DTS2.

WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH? WHAT RANGE DO YOU HAVE TO RESPOND TO THE HIGH DEMANDS OF MANUFACTURERS AND CONSUMERS IN TERMS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT/ECO-DESIGN?

Key to sustainable design and an eco-awareness is longevity. This is at the core of how we approach the design of our products. The patented V-shape design of all our linear guide products ensures that debris is expelled out through the movement of the bearing on the track. In addition, the design of our products makes it possible to adjust carriages rather than replace them. This saves downtime and hence costs but also reduces the use of raw materials.

WHY ARE YOU TAKING PART IN ALL4PACK Paris 2020 / WHAT TYPE OF PROFESSIONALS DO YOU MEET THERE?

All4Pack is a key event for us in France. Our modular transport systems are used in many packaging applications because of their ease of maintenance and longevity and because they can achieve in many cases a considerable reduction in the footprint of packaging processes.
