The size and weight of the new CVGL vacuum grippers from COVAL make them the lightest and most compact range in the market. The strict regime meets the expectations of manufacturers who rely on vacuum handling technology for their products and packaging. CVPC from Coval: a vacuum cartridge responding directly to users requirements

More speed, more flexibility, more performance, this is what manufacturers are asking of packaging machines. To meet these expectations, COVAL has launched the CVPC series, a range of vacuum cartridges which can be fully integrated into the process for greater efficiency. The new CVPC series combines for the first time a pilot-operated solenoid valve and a single stage Venturi, all in the form of a cartridge weighing no more than 22 g. Its all-in-one design, compactness and lightweight are features exclusive to COVAL. These patented new vacuum cartridges offer all the advantages expected by manufacturers, integrators and users: Performance, achieved through the combined solenoid valve and single stage Venturi in an ultra-compact unit. The cartridges can be placed close to the suction cups, eliminating any loss of vacuum pressure and guaranteeing an instantaneous grip. Flexibility of implementation, because the cartridge is designed to be easily integrated in any type of tool. Maintenance-free, thanks to the venturis single-stage construction which makes the cartridge dust-resistant. COVALs LEMCOM Manager: vacuum management made easy

Specially developed with vacuum handling applications in mind, LEMCOM Manager is a PC software package which allows you, in just a few clicks, to remotely setup and configure LEMCOM vacuum generators as well as run diagnostics. Packed with numerous functions such as the import/export of parameters, vacuum cycle analysis, alarm and operation cycle monitoring, configuration help or even embedded firmware updating, LEMCOM Manager delivers agility, flexibility and availability, to meet the key requirements of the industry of the future. The application allows all LEMCOM mini pumps to be controlled remotely over the network either by the end user or by COVALs technical support teams. The LEMCOM series of mini-vacuum pumps, combined with the LEMCOM PC tool, offer the first global solution for vacuum gripping via Industrial Ethernet (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP) and fieldbuses (CANopen). Commercializing the LEMCOM, communicating vacuum pump on field bus, proves this. Its a world first! Future Industry LEMCOM is the most successful demonstration of a vacuum pumps mechatronic design. It is designed to meet integrator as well as user expectations, in terms of flexibility, safety, productivity and energy savings. LEMCOM installs very effective communication at distance between the operator and the vacuum pump fieldbus available PROFINET, CANopen and EtherNet/IP). This communication makes it possible to receive information in real time, but above all to act at any moment to change settings, to ensure corrective and preventive maintenance of the vacuum pump. Energy-saving technology The LEMCOM affirms its continuity with the other COVAL intelligent vacuum pumps. It integrates the COVAL energy savings technologies, ASR (Air Saving Regulator) and ASC (Air Saving Control), making it possible to attain up to 90% energy savings. The new communication functions, with its near and distant environment, enable the LEMCOM to go even further in terms of performance, simplicity and energy savings. FPC stands for FlowPack Cup: COVAL's new suction cup is fully dedicated to handling FlowPack packaging. A real technological breakthrough for a constantly evolving packaging method. COVAL has taken up this challenge with the FPC series suction cup. It is specifically designed ultra-flexible packaging and will stick to the product regardless of shape or material. As a result, it is able to handle very high production rates. COVAL, partner since many years of the industrialists of the aeronautical and food-processing sectors, developed a suction cup answering these constraints. Ultra-Flat, Non-Marking Suction Cups, VPSC Series Developed through partnerships with the composite material industry, the VPSC suction cups are dedicated to the handling of raw composite. Their ultra-flat profile and innovative system of vacuum distribution across the surface of the cups provide optimized gripping with no mark and no deformation. The extra thin sealing lip contours to the product shape without restriction. The specific characteristics of these suction cups enable its use in aeronautic and other fields such as cheese handling or other fragile, easily deformed products.
